CAKE is a layered practice that manifested after 20 years of Georgia practicing asana, barre, and life.  It is a 60-minute, high-intensity, low-impact class that requires nothing but your bare feet, space to move, and a willingness to jump in.  It focuses on strengthening and stabilizing, and lighting up new, under-utilized neuron pathways between the mind and body.  The class is layered: back body first, front body second, cardiovascular third, topped with yoga.  This class is essential for the maintenance of our bodies.  A regular CAKE practice will show up EVERYWHERE, on and off your mat.  The idea is take this class, and you can have your cake and eat it too!
