Blue Light Yoga is a 75-minute vinyasa class. BLY was born out of the Ashtanga practice and grew into a unique vinyasa practice that is always fresh and relevant. BLY emphasizes creativity, flow, alignment, music and heart. BLY classes are challenging yet accessible; familiar yet surprising; soft yet powerful; and always a journey with a beginning, middle, and end. BLY is an intentional, loving and courageous practice that asks students to balance their strengths and vulnerabilities. There is no right or wrong in BLY; the practice cultivates the inner teacher.

EVERYONE is welcome in Blue Light Yoga. One can always modify by shifting their body in an asana, supporting their body with a prop, or changing their perspective. Come to the mat with presence and openness, and the rest will come.
