Welcome.

I’m delighted you are interested in joining my Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping Circle.

We are experiencing a collective stress that inflames any other stressors we have been walking around carrying for any number of years.

I have witnessed in my work and personal life, many people struggling with anxiety, pain, grief and loss. It has been an honor for me to witness countless numbers of people benefit from the healing nature of EFT Tapping. You have to experience it to believe it. The results can be quite powerful.

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT Tapping is a somatic approach to facilitating change that blends Eastern and Western perspectives. When we tap on different acupressure points on the body while we are focused on something that is causing us stress or discomfort, the problem begins to shift and clear.

When we use EFT Tapping in a circle, we all benefit from the collective wisdom and compassionate energy of all who sit together. We come together with something in common, and we share the space that helps us to collectively heal.

About Jenn

Jennifer DeLorenzo, LCSW, LICSW

Jenn’s passion is collaborating with clients to create their personal blueprint for health, wellness and joy. A vital part of her approach is instilling her clients with a sense of ownership in their therapeutic outcomes. She does this by introducing various exercises, strategies and practices that bring the agents of change into their daily lives. Using advanced techniques like Brainspotting and EFT Tapping, she helps her clients clear out emotional and physical traumas so they can live free of the repetitive patterns and limiting beliefs that have held them back. This freedom allows them to become the authors of their own life stories.

When she isn’t working, you can find Jenn hiking in the woods, walking on the beach, and taking photos of all things nature—especially any and all dogs she encounters along the way.
